We offer programs that help Black, Brown and Indigenous students learn about different health professions and envision envision health leadership careers. Up-close experiences prepare students to apply for health professions programs. Mentors support their journey.
Our Mission:
We develop programs, strategies, and partnerships that will increase the representation of Native American/Alaskan Native, Pacific Islander, Black, and Latine communities in health leadership careers across clinical care, health administration, research, and public health.
Our Vision:
We envision a future in which Native American/Alaskan Native, Pacific Islander, Black, and Latine communities fully participate in careers that improve their own health.
